NEXT GENERATION SELF CLEANING RIPBACTMC STRAINER FOR MEDIUM VISCOSITYLIQUIDS
The RIPBACTM screen is the heart of Ell Ess’s strainers. It eliminates all difficulties and deficiencies of the existing basket strainers. The non-clogging, rigid construction element has two-point contact for deposited solids on the outer surface. During backwash, a pinched nozzle effect (Venturi Effect) dislodges deposited particles easily to regain 100% filtration area.
SALIENT FEATURES
- Hand operated cleaning mechanism with scrapper arrangement.
- The solid deposited on the outer surface of filter element can be scraped out within few seconds by manually rotating the hand lever 2 – 3 times without stopping the filtration and the solids can be drained out from bottom drain nozzle.
